ps: fix the width of LIM, RSS, STAT and VSZ

They were added to provide visibility in case pinsyscalls(2) created any weird problems, but I haven't heard a peep. Strangely, after the initial work required in "go", it it has been the most invisible mitigation done in years. Your changes hurt 80 column use. Almost everything now line wraps on all systems, even if big software isn't running. So am not convinced that misalignment for a few programs creates a requirement that ps must line-wrap or further truncate CMD for all processes.
