'l' and 'L' will be deleted from ps soon, so this isn't needed.

They were added to provide visibility in case pinsyscalls(2) created any
weird problems, but I haven't heard a peep.  Strangely, after the
initial work required in "go", it it has been the most invisible
mitigation done in years.

Your changes hurt 80 column use.  Almost everything now line wraps on
all systems, even if big software isn't running.  So am not convinced
that misalignment for a few programs creates a requirement that ps must
line-wrap or further truncate CMD for all processes.
