Steffen, looking at past commits I see I cited you in a handful (warnc/errc
interfaces, eg).  I apologize if I missed giving you credit for
something in the past.

I believe you're familiar enough with the open source process/ethos that
_you're_ not complaining that your diff wasn't taken directly/exactly but
rather reworked/done differently; for others who might feel that way:
someone only has that right on the project they are the owner of.  I've
certainly had diffs for OpenBSD go in a different direction than I thought
was best, but that's the nature of a group project.

Well there have been patches of mine which were simply ignored for
a long time, even though they could have been taken.  Actually
once Philip Guenther then did something by himself which i posted
or noted before, but i do not remember details.
Hm, i would even say i walked some long miles in the past, indeed.
But i would not walk over you nor even try it.
