DDR4 clock speed vs screen glitching with AMD Ryzen 7 5700G
I'm using and integrated CPU in my desktop. The image I usually see on
my screen is mostly well-behaved with very infrequent horizontal line
glitching.

It works well enough when DDR4 clock is set to "Auto" in the BIOS. This
Auto corresponds to 2133MHz per BIOS reporting.

Now, if I change the DDR4 clock to 3200MHz which the memory supports,
then the glitches become nearly constant and unbearable to look at.
The sad part is the same hardware works with this faster clock speed
just fine in Linux 6.1. So, something is not quite the same with our
graphics.
Any clues as to what we are doing differently compared to Linux? The DRM
code is largely shared, so I'm a bit confused as to why this might be.
