I am _very_ interested to hear about this "misbehavior".

Not sure if my iPhone issues are related, but every time my phone
restarts it cannot connect to my Wi-Fi network. After much trial and
error, I found that the only "fix" was turning off rad(8), connecting
to the Wi-Fi network, then turning rad(8) back on. Once I follow those
steps, my phone works. As one can see, my issue occurs on dual-stack
setups _and_ prevents even IPv4 from working. Would like to read more
to see if this issue is related. Lazily I just assumed it was Apple
messing yet another thing up.
