You are not listening.

The scheduler has a buch of brutul flaws, which are easy to see on >32cpu
machines, therefore we want to replace it completely.

1. One of those flaws is that it does not expose "useful" information that
   this chunk of code can use to make "smart decisions".  You are playing
   a game of garbage in garbage out, only trying to solve a perceived
   problem on YOUR machine.  That's unacceptable.

2. But since the scheduler code will be replaced (major surgery required),
   we don't want any more code looking at this information, since the
   surgery is going to result in all of this being DELETED anyways.
