No regressions so far with a couple of RTL8125 devices here:

rge0 at pci5 dev 0 function 0 "Realtek RTL8125" rev 0x04: msi, address xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
rge0 at pci2 dev 0 function 0 "Realtek RTL8125" rev 0x05: msi, address xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx

both are still working with this diff.
