    As I said, I read rfc6532.  Personally, to be sure compatibility with
    any MTA out there I'd stick to 7bit, with all the quoted-printable
    base64 dance.  But, we're talking about mail(1) and OpenBSD.  The most I
    can do is to restore the base64 encoded-word feature, but judging by the
    comments I got, to have any chance this will be accepted, someone should
    point me out how to reduce the functions needed for that to a ~ five
