Yes, it would.

Just to clarify, I wasn't suggesting that we cross-reference resolvd in the
dhcpleased manual, just to avoid adding the new implication that configuration
is all internal to dhcpleased.

The old wording seems to achieve that by accident rather than by design :-).

(Or maybe it was just really clever design :-)) )
