With bus_dma(9) and virtio(4) working good enough the guest side of
SEV is "finished".  As soon as we have vmd(8) and vmm(4) support for SEV
we will have a "self-hosting" virtualization with SEV.  openbsd SEV-guest
on openbsd host.

With this -- I hope -- it will be easy for anyone interested to work on
more SEV related stuff and improve code.
