Hello -

I have an OpenBSD 7.0 amd64 machine with FDE I'd like to upgrade to 7.5. 
  However, serial redirect is not working booting 7.5 bsd.rd.  It also 
doesn't work with 7.4 bsd.rd.  7.3 works though.

Not sure if this is a bug, if I need to upgrade differently.  Do I need 
to upgrade to 7.3 first?

This is via serial ..  7.3 bsd.rd vs 7.4 bsd.rd
