netcup VPS 1000 ARM G11 SE - works OK-ish
With a bit of effort that has already been described here:

OpenBSD boots and runs. Disk IO appears extremely sluggish, particularly when
working with lots of small files (running "make clean" in Rust port...), and
ssh sessions frequently get interrupted without any trace of a fault in a log
file... I had hoped to use this to test arm64 ports, but as it stands, the
system is exceptionally flaky.
