fix openrsync(1) manpage examples

Thread
Fixes the path of openrsync in the examples. An alternative approach
would be to tell the user to run ln -s /usr/bin/openrsync
/usr/local/bin/rsync. Also changed prompt to "$" as that is what is used
in cp(1) and other manpage examples.
