I recognize this change is very dependent on where you learned (or
learnt) English but I think it looks better to replace learnt with
learned in dpb(1). Any comments? I have come across a couple of other
instances of learnt in src but all were in code comments which is
probably not worth the effort to change. If someone really wants it
changed, I'm happy to provide diffs for those too but thought I would
start with this one.
