The scsi code was not part of 386BSD 0.1.  It was posted to usenet and
was part of the 0.2.2 patchkit.  The first two commits to NetBSD were
386BSD 0.1 and the 0.2.2 patches.

uk.c did not appear till NetBSD 1.0.
