Run llvm-objdump -tC on your mac. Does libcxxabi show syslog ?
Thanks to the way llvm did their compat mode, it's a telltale sign that
the FORGIVING define has been set.


In which case you can give further information to the kicad people.

You need it hard-compiled into libcxxabi.
