ksh vi mode: stop 'P' command from moving the cursor
Ingo Schwarze wrote in <aApbTJ2c2qlo6n0k@isnote.usta.de>: |we have now three options what to do with 'P' in ksh(1) VI mode; one |of them also changes the behaviour of 'p'. So i'm asking people: |which one of the three do you prefer? I only want to throw into the discussion that it seems that OpenBSD vi does not support "bracketed paste mode". You possibly want to add that too, to avoid random stuff happening from pasting. Ie, if you use vim, try ":help xterm-bracketed-paste" (and do not be afraid), or look Thomas Dickey's page. (Asking Nicholas Marriot seems natural, too.) I implemented it for my MUA (finally) in November 2023, though not released yet.
