I think we can do better, by first trying to identify the install media
(if it exists).  I suspect that using disklabel, will be able to spot
such a disk.  Such a disk, can become a low-priority candidate for
installing TO.  Therefore the disk we want to install to, will tend to
move towards the start of the list, allowing the user to just hit return.
