Thanks. I had a pretty much identical port here (some immaterial mostly
whitespace differences in the patches), and it worked for me with your
diff from last Friday.

What's really missing now is a decision from the libc/kernel people on
if/when/how to move forward. I can take care of shepherding a version
of the port in and committing regress.

I'm ok with landing this in principle, but I haven't made a serious
effort at reviewing the diff.
