But please be aware these is no flexibility in this approach.  In the future
you'll only be able to add or delete the constant bits.

I'm a little bit upset that CD_SEVVM is a MD thingy infecting the MI codebase.
But this is probably better than trying to abstract it to something like CD_MINIMUM
or some other name and then someone later will find a seperate circumstance, also
try to use the same bit as mechanism, and a enable/disable fight will follow...
