e4 and e6 are the 8 bit port variant of the instruction.
    Input byte from imm8 I/O port address into AL.
    Output byte in AL to I/O port address imm8.
rip is already uint8_t pointer, we use the 0xff to make clear that
it is a 8 bit value.
