Just curious if there is any movement/discussion to make this
happen?

To see how "static" is the mirrored nixspam file, I manually
fetched file=www.openbsd.org/spamd/nixspam.gz and was actually
surprised at its content:  It basically lists 199.185.0.0/16
individually with a /32.

$ wc -l /tmp/obsd.nixspam 
   65544 /tmp/obsd.nixspam

$ grep -c ^199.185 /tmp/obsd.nixspam
65537

$ grep -v ^199.185 /tmp/obsd.nixspam
