    I do not have the bandwidth to review these diffs properly and my
    personal interest in snmp is very limited to put it politely. Nobody
    else seems to be interested in doing review work in this area.
    
    From the descriptions I think all the pending changes make sense and
    I would like to see you make progress.
    
    I would be inclined to say: you should go ahead and start trickling
    these diffs in after waiting a week or two to see if there are objections
    to proceed in this way.
