I've begun work on this driver which includes support for the RTL8821BE and RTL8821CE chips. There is still a lot of work to be done on this before it is usable. It should be noted that even when there is support for these cards, they are of mediocre stability. If you're wanting to run an AP there might be better options. That being said, I do think its important to have good support for a card like this that does HostAP in this form factor.
