I'm not sure that is what Stuart said but you can(did) propose a diff.
The INSTALL.${arch} document already mentions default answer in prompts.
The FAQ already recommends new users to install all the sets.
and (most important) the installer defaults to installing all sets.
A new user should be reading the INSTALL document at least before starting
installation, it's always in the same download directory and it's on the CD.
It takes more effort to not install everything so I don't see the need
for this message in the installer. The installer is focused on installing
the base system, ports and packages are extra.
