This patch contains a fix for the OpenBGPD GitHub links in www, as the
organization was moved from "openbgpd-portable" to "openbgpd".

While the direct links to "openbgpd-portable/openbgpd-portable" redirect
properly, there is a soft link rot to the links only pointing towards
the root of the GitHub organization, as "github.com/openbgpd-portable"
does not automatically redirect to "github.com/openbgpd".

With this patch, all OpenBGPD GitHub links should have been changed
accordingly, excluding build/.
