Fix relink error handling in installer

Some users reported trouble with kernel relinking after upgrading. If
extracting the kernel relink kit failed in the installer (likely because
of an out of disk space error), it was still deleting the relink kit.

If this happens to you, you likely need to obtain the relink kit again
from the base set, after cleaning up /usr:
	tar zxf base80.tgz -C / ./usr/share/relink/kernel.tgz
then run /usr/libexec/reorder_kernel.
