Tested on a box with several igc(4) interfaces (Intel I225-V rev 0x03).

Running currently on top of the tso for igc(4) diff. Nice to have the tx
tso ctx for testing stuff:

$ kstat igc?::igc-stats: | grep tso
      tx tso ctx: 0
      tx tso ctx: 266
      tx tso ctx: 0
      tx tso ctx: 0
      tx tso ctx: 0
      tx tso ctx: 0
