It was a bit hacked up because nsd would not longer build out-of-tree. Willem fixed that the other day. I'll send a diff for nsd soonish, but I actually don't know what to do about it. I'm not aware of anyone using the simdparser in production and I don't want us to be the first to find all the bugs.
