Have you tried an older BIOS?

Some anecdata but I had a Windows Server with an ASRockRack m/b that began
to freeze once a week with nothing written to the event logs. The only
recent change I had made to the system was to update the BIOS (the settings
were identical). Reflashing didn't help. On a whim, I reverted to the old
BIOS version and the problem never occurred again. That was months ago. My
long-term solution was to stop buying ASRock boards.
