hello,

today pf(4) DIOCRGETTSTATS/DIOCRGETTABLES filters by anchor name but ignores table
name, meaning if a caller wants to just get stats (e.g. address count)
or flags for a single table, it must get all tables in an anchor and
then filter in userspace.

would it make sense to add support for reading single tables by name
with these ioctls?
