That is not the correct interpretation.  Our position is not reactionary.

You can't say a dinner is vegetarian if you put a shrimp in it.


Please don't say this phrase 'BSD', because it is untrue.  For example
the FreeBSD kernel as a whole is subject to the terms of the CDDL.
