None of these are reachable by tags, e.g. ":t log" does not jump
to the "log" keyword's definition because auf how auto-tagging
works, see `man -Otag=Tg mdoc' for that.

Sprinkle manual tags as advised to be able to navigate to all
these keywords in the manual pager.
