Without a patch, but for many years the ssh tools have bogus
manual pages.  I see

   Theo de Raadt and

   Dug Song  removed  many  bugs,  re‐added  newer  features  and  created
   OpenSSH.

   Markus Friedl contributed the support for SSH protocol versions 1.5 and
   2.0.

   Niels Provos and

   Markus Friedl contributed support for privilege separation.

in sshd?_config.
And ach! i would long for USR1 handling.
