For me it is much easier to test when new Perl is part of snaps.
If there is a particilar architecture where I should run tests,
tell me.  I can do it manually.  Otherwise just commit and we will
fix fallout.

I cannot review a 650,000 lines diff.  But at least I did not see
something unusual.
