I commited the documentation changes (using Cm instead of Ql) to make
login.conf(5) reflect the reality (still omiting "inf" in
documentation). Thanks for the discussion.

I didn't change the code for have "inf" recognized for time and number
argument type. It could be still discussed if wanted or not.
