After testing this diff, if you upgrade your system, remember to
delete /use/lib/libsndio.so.7.3 before the upgrade.

The new library doesn't work (unless you've the kernel patch below),
but programs (including sndiod) will try to use it and fail.

Another option is to continue testing the diff after the updgrade ;-)
